Are Bedrock Beta releases supported?
No as mojang does not provide Bedrock Beta server files. They only provide files for the stable versions which can be found on Playstore.
How long does it take for my server to set up after payment?
Server set up is completely automated. Your server will be made instantly, and you will receive your server ID via email within a few minutes.
Can Java and Bedrock players play together on the same server?
Absolutely. By running a Java server and installing the GeyserMC and Floodgate plugins, Bedrock players can connect to your Java server. However, Java players cannot join on a Bedrock server.
Do you offer DDoS protection?

Can I install custom mods, modpacks, and plugins?

How can I update my server version?
Open your server console and there will be a server version drawer beside it. You can choose what version and hit apply. This applies for both versions.
