You may not execute scripts, processes, or background tasks that artificially hog host CPU cycles or create abnormal resource spikes that disrupt other tenants on the same physical host.

Network & Port Management: Standard game ports (such as standard Java or Bedrock network ports) are assigned based on node availability. Non-standard ports may be dynamically assigned at host discretion. We reserve the right to reallocate ports or implement emergency firewalls to mitigate network abuse or incoming network attacks.

1.3 Order Processing, Billing, and Community Transactions

Order Routing and Channels: Orders, customer ticket requests, invoice confirmations, and specialized host deployments are managed and processed via our official external Discord community channel. Final checkout steps, technical verification, and sales communications require active participation within our designated communication channels.

Payment & Subscriptions: Services operate on a recurring subscription basis calculated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). Payments must be settled prior to account or host activation. Failure to settle outstanding balances before the designated renewal date will result in automatic service suspension and eventual termination.

Refund Policy: Due to the immediate deployment of digital hardware resources, all purchases are generally non-refundable once host instance provisioning has commenced. Any discretionary service credit or partial refund decisions are evaluated strictly on a case-by-case basis through our support ticket system.

1.4 Backups, Data Retention, and Service Outages

Data Responsibility: While we implement infrastructure security measures, you maintain sole responsibility for the backup and integrity of your server world files, configurations, database entries, and custom assets. We expressly disclaim all liability for data loss, corrupted save files, software failure, or unrecoverable instance states.

Scheduled Maintenance: We reserve the right to perform routine physical node maintenance, software upgrades, and emergency network patches. Whenever feasible, advance notice of scheduled downtime will be posted through our official communication channels.

1.5 Service Level Agreement

We strive to maintain 99.5% uptime for all services. In the event of downtime, we will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions beyond credits issued at our discretion.

1.6 Limitation of Liability

Adamas Hosting is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question during the billing period in dispute.

• Cryptocurrency Mining: Running cryptocurrency mining applications, distributed compute nodes, or background hashing scripts on shared or virtual hosts is strictly forbidden.
• Network Attacks & Disruptions: Launching, facilitating, or participating in Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks, stresser operations, IP booting, port scanning, or vulnerability probing against external targets or internal host nodes.
• Malicious Code: Distributing, executing, or hosting malware, ransomware, botnet controllers, keyloggers, or unauthorized exploit tools.
• Copyright Infringement & Piracy: Hosting, distributing, or linking to pirated game clients, cracked software binaries, or copyrighted assets without explicit authorization from the intellectual property owner.

2.2 Game Hosting and Software Compliance

EULA Compliance: All Minecraft host environments deployed through our system must strictly comply with the Mojang Studios / Microsoft Commercial Usage Guidelines and End User License Agreement.

Exploits and Malicious Plugins: Installing server plugins, modifications, or specialized code explicitly designed to crash physical host servers, trigger deliberate memory leaks, or exploit system privilege escalation is grounds for immediate, non-refundable termination of service.

2.3 System Abuse Enforcement
